Delinquent Girl Sketches

For the next iteration of our School Event I'd really like to have a delinquent/punk girl as the new character (previously it was Karyn the cheerleader). It's hard to find the right balance of cool/punk and cute/crushable so I'm struggling with the design a bit. Don't want her to come across as too mean or bully-ish, so please let me know if ANY of these are working? A, B, C, D, or E (which looks like IronMouse and LOL's Akali had a lovechild).
Edit: I just added a standalone image that shows the final design! I ended up posting some of these on Twitter because I needed a larger sample size of votes.

There's definitely overlap! But... To me, I guess the delinquent stereotype is more of a Japanese punk as opposed to a western punk, if that makes sense? Either way is fine, TBH, just a matter of which direction SPS wants to take here.

I think punk and delinquent were strongly the same thing in my day, so I feel that description applies ☺️

I tend to agree on D, but I do think she can have a more flippant hair color like C or E. A's clothing is also good, but IMO it's leaning more towards punk/rock/counter culture vibes than the delinquent stereotype.

This is a tough one, the overall design is exactly spot on, I think I would mix a few elements into E, which I think is the best punk look overall, but I would use C’s hair colour, with roots showing from B. Green hair is classic punk, and rarely would they have great dye jobs. I’m speaking from personal experience lol.

I get Harley Quinn vibes from D. Also I feel like as a delinquent she has to have her hair dyed. I honestly kinda like the colors for C you don’t see a lot of green haired gals

I think maybe D but with the hair color from E might work really well, kinda like a mix of Harley Quinn and Nicole from ZZZ

I think D works best, the pigtails really work in that version. The overall character design is giving me Android 18 vibes though, especially in the first three images. Not that that's in any way a bad thing.
