🕑 Added 2023-09-01 05:03:51 +0000 UTCbeen not in good health last 2 months.
finally got done with an infection (still on some medication)
and started going to the gym second half of this month. so hopefully that helps in staying healthy.
im going to increase my work output next month (september). wish me luck
