No no I get that I truly do and I understand your decision. I also understand the point of view of companies who is accountable for the work environment safety. I on the other hand have trouble with people who don't want to get vaccinated and still want to go on a tour or work. I understand the value of freedom of choice but if that choice may jeopardize the health and possibly the life of other then it is a little more complicated. I am still trying to figure it out (one of the whole point of having a conversation). Take care

Great podcast guys! About the pandemic, it is funny boby because what you did for your kids it is the same that was done to the workers that got fired. Ultimately the company is responsible to the safety of the workplace and people who work there and they have made a decision accordingly, if people cannot follow that directive the company is still responsible for the safety of the workplace.You having problems with them is like if other had problems with your decision with your kids. I know it is a touchy subject especially since it concerns a very contagious health issue and possibly lead to death
