My part time job is the door guy at a local music venues, and the way I support the very rare band that surprises me and is good, I purchase merch. The best way to get money straight to the artist.
Regarding that Black-Eyed Peas song, I had my own version that I would say whenever I would use our 1-urinal, 1-stall restroom in my old job and someone was in the stall trying to be quiet with their activities. You know the situation of which I speak; it’s awkward as all fuck. I would break the tension by spouting off, “whatcha gonna with all those dumps? All those dumps inside that rump? Then proceed to the chorus, “They got me Shitin’” We would both laugh and it was good times.
