A Turn of Events..
🕑 Added 2025-08-15 08:00:21 +0000 UTCI listened to my body and i listened to the majority of the advice given to me..and made the decision.
It was a tough one but i believe it's the right one for me :'/ it's just taking a toll on me for some reason but I'm adjusting

When your body is telling you to rest and recoup then listen to it!. As hard as it can be sometimes. All the things you have planned, work and exams will all mean nothing if you're too ill to do anything with them. Eat the healthiest you can, put things aside and sleep as much as you can as you'' then have the energy to do those other things. At the end of the day the most important person in your life is you, so no matter what, always put yourself first. Hope you start to feel better both mentally and physically real soon.
