Slower drawing output and life update!

I just wanted to give a bit of an update on what’s been happening with me since my drawing output has been lower than before these past few months. I have been dealing with a lot more wrist pain in my drawing arm lately, and it takes a lot longer to recover in between drawing sessions. A few of my artist friends told me that it might be an injury from drawing so much for the past few years, and some of them have had permanent damage to their wrists. As much as I want to be drawing nonstop all the time, I have been forcing myself to take longer breaks and decrease my drawing hours to take better care of my health. It’s been a challenge since I would rather be drawing than doing anything else, but I also need to be smarter about longevity.
Anyways, thank you as always for your support! I am planning to start going to some events this year. As of now, I am going to Anime Expo in July, and applied for the Otakon artist alley, but haven’t received any updates on that yet! It would be great to meet some of you there if you plan to go!

For what it's worth, it might be worth looking into a wrist brace. I used to wear one while sleeping, and playing some games (Osu using a pen/tablet even) since I had some serious wrist pain caused by food prep at a previous job.. Hope you are able to recover from the pain/injury!

Do make sure to do the proper warm up and inbetween exercises! Many artist i follow have this issue come up like Kenshin. Take the time to recover properly! Would love to go to a con to meet you, though bit limited to the one in my town Dx

oouch man, Please take care of yourself Chaesu, although we love to see your constant work, it is better that you also take time off to take care of the wrists of your hands, maybe calmly get massages or go to therapies in the future but while it is better to rest a little. so please take care of yourself and be calm that we will be waiting for you and supporting you
