Too similar of situations for Joel and Ellie. Joel lost Sarah, his watch is broken and stops. He still wears it. Ellie and Riley are bit together, sheโll lose Riley, and her scars are reminders. Ellie experienced all the things we take for granted right now. Itโs great to see her enjoy it, even for a moment. At the end of the last episode, we see Ellie basically alone. Marlene, Tess, (Maria and Tommy, slightly) and Joel have all been responsible for Ellie. This episode taught us that she did have some knowledge of taking care of herself. Thatโs where the needle and thread come into action. As bad as Joel is hurt, I believe he stayed alive for one thing. Ellie. Usually Sundays are dreaded because it means the week will begin. We need Sunday here RIGHT NOW!! Take care, Addie!!
