Over two weeks here as a Patreon member and I'm just now watching this with you?! Inconceivable!! hahaha I loved the little mocking, "In Greenland?" My two favorite jump scares featured here! Watch out for a flying rock and R O U S's !!! "Mawwiage. Mawwiage is wat bwings us togeder today." You were trying to suppress your laughter so much! Never hold back, let it out! hahahaha This has my all time favorite movie ending! I'm always happy to watch this movie again! Take care, Addie!!

The actors had no idea how truly legendary this movie would become and many years later, they had a fun interview describing all the "behind the scenes" fun they had making this movie. It's one of the most referenced and quoted movies by geeks such as myself than any other - notoriously so during roleplaying games like D&D - we always quote this movie.

Cary Elwes has written a book about making the movie. It's called "As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride" and it's almost as fun and amazing as the movie itself. I can really recommend it.

Such an iconic movie! My brothers and I used to quote lines to each other all the time when we were growing up. I read the book in high school and was surprised how much of the movie dialogue was taken word-for-word from the book!

I knew it would be! "Pirates of the Caribbean" is a fun film, but it just can't hold a candle to "The Princess Bride". I really don't think there is any film that can.

ill do the honors everyone. When Inigo was fighting count rugon he was invisioning count Rugan as cancer itself since he had just lost his father to cancer. This made the line "i want my father back you son of a bitch" way more powerful.
