I wouldn't call a show with 13 seasons a small show. Specially now that it'll be easily available on Disney Plus. And I also disagree that it should really be more about what the reactor would love. I haven't seen any Hobbit movies and I'm sure many people didn't have the several hours to spare on each movie. But it looks like Addie loves them and is reading the books. Doctor Who IS many seasons, so sprinkling them over a long time would be my recommendation.
