In the video I'm showing a quick hack to use the effects as tokens, so you can have players attack the walls and reduce their hp to break them. There's a transparent token in the zip file you can use as the default token. I'm sure you can use macros to achieve this, but this is just a quick and dirty way lol.

For this effect I recommend using the module Automated Animations. The same one used by JB2A for their spell effects. Or you can use the module Monk’s Active Tiles to use it as a trap or something.
