I'm very new to sfm and really have no skills so unfortunately I cannot show you her size. What I can tell your after fiddling with re sizing it is that you have to go to the maximum size for this character to see her. and she is still pretty small but still a great model.

Oh, when I tested it did seem to be a gear scale. can you show her size?

The model is actually really small. You'll have to rescale it to make it work properly.
