The launcher still seems pretty unreliable. Having to download it multiple times, and not working yet. Just either hangs, or crashes completely.

this launcher really isn't reliable is it? I always have constant issues with it. Failing to connect to the server when i launch it even when I have a stable internet connection and not updating whenever a new version of the game is released are the main issues I constantly have with it. I have had to uninstall it an reinstall it multiple times now just to get it to work

The download link keeps sending me to error 404 not found page.

The first LOK game from playshapes never got my attention. From a sexual aspect, you got a pair of boobs and that was it for the straight appeal. From a gameplay aspect, lol it's flash player, you get what you get. What I'm trying to say here is that you guys (LOK Team) have no competition but you're over extending yourselves and that's why LOK keeps dying. Not only that, but I'm probably not the only one who thinks the original "Krys" that you guys made before you started going to a 3D version, was WAY hotter! She had a deep blue fur that looks better than the light blue color artists use for her fur. On top of that, her face wasn't repulsive and she had a very good looking body, athletic but thicc. I would love to pour money into this game again if you guys would stick to the 2D game, give "Krys" some much needed front and back poses and animations, and finish the 2D game. The patrons will come for a finished game and THEN you can invest in some fancy 3D game version.

If the game goes back to the 2D style and picks up where the game left off I would Ben fine with that. Will probably upgrade to a higher tier on my account

They just scrapped the 3d version they were working on in an effort to go back to the original 2d style. The 8-directional sprite style they were pushing for just wasted an entire year of work. They really are too ambitious for how little experience they have with game development.

There are frequent updates on content/progress in the discord and on Trello if you look.

In my oppinionthis new Projekt looks too ambitious for you. I think we will dont see a real prgress in this Game the next 2 or 3 years and then you drop this projekt too. Its just my oppinion and i will will further support you in Future. I may very well be wrong about that. If not we patreons waste money and you waste your valuable time. I hope on noticeable improvements the nex months or year.

so when are you guys gonna post the next version of the game? you guys have a history of falling behind on updates and seem to only update when we start giving up on the project.

nobody knows, probably in a few years and the developers get rich with other "patrons" who think the game will be great :).

Click the orange folder icon in the play menu of the game to select the folder it downloads to and select the blue icon to open the folder it downloads to. Hovering over these will show the directory currently set for the downloads.

Where does the launcher download game files? I typically like to keep games of this uh, genre, contained in a specific folder. Hoping it just gets downloaded as a subfolder of the launch but none of the subfolders looked like the game

Hey there, yeah we got a lot of feedback regarding the characters looking flat. We're working on fixing that. Besides that I think the new style is promising and can lead to some very interesting results, we'll keep showing improvements on what we have :)

The loader this time is able to start the tech demo directly without any problems. As for the isometric style view, it's interesting, hope to see more of it in the future...for now, it looks a bit weird, compared to what 0.8 got us used to, in my opinion.

still doesnt work launch two games , both games wont want start .

The newest build is in it, sorry for the server issues but it should be resolved now. I upgraded our servers after some users were having issues downloading via the launcher. We should be good now!
