Only send your one message and he'll get to you as he goes through the line-up. If you send more than one you'll end up at the bottom of the queue with how the message system works.

Well, guess it's up to the individual whether they want to risk that, especially when they're only being rewarded for military service/first responder work. If you don't have those types of service work, I would recommend paying via Crypto on future sets to get in early.

No. Do not send again. The message system will send you back to the bottom of the queue if you send again. It is normal to have to wait up to an hour with these drops depending on the number of messages being sent.
