UPDATE: Maintenance Complete (We're Back!)

We were hoping that the maintenance would go smoothly last week, but as you probably noticed Swoosh ended up going down. We are so, so sorry about that and feel so bad for causing any trouble for you. The good news is that Swoosh is now back up and running, so you will be able to access and use the app as normal!
I have just finished responding to all of your messages on Patreon and will now begin to respond to any emails that we received last week. If you have sent us a message and are waiting for a response, I promise you will receive one today!
To anyone who recently signed up and has been waiting for access, you will have now received your access! If you have any trouble please send us a message here on Patreon and I promise to reply within 24 hours.
