Model Details:
Scale: At 100% scale, Rush measures approximately 4.85inches (123mm) tall and 5.1 inches (130mm) long. If scaling up you may need to adjust the size of the red inner parts as they may become loose. Also the spring insert in the body may have a bigger gap, use the alternate spring insert. If scaling down, be aware tolerances can become tight.
Printing Tips:
Supports: Please refer to the print settings picture.
Extra custom STLs included
MMU for the Ears
Solid Ears (no separate inner color)
For the Solid Ears use the Solid Ear Rings
Foot and Ankle merged for one solid color
Spring Slot with tighter tolerance for large prints.
The legs are individually marked 1 through 4 for easy assembly:
1 – Front Right Leg
2 – Back Right Leg
3 – Back Left Leg
4 – Front Left Leg
(The numbering follows a clockwise pattern when viewed from above.)
The orange and yellow rings that go in the shoulders are slightly different in size between the front and back legs. The front are larger and the back are smaller.
For best results and a level stance, assemble all four red feet and pink ankles first. Build the upper body separately, attaching the white legs to it. Once the upper body is complete, insert the white legs into the pink ankles and glue them securely.
When attaching the spring, glue it to the red platform first, then insert the bottom part of the spring into the white slot on the body. It may fit loosely—apply ample glue and hold it upright until secure.
The ear rings have arrows indicating the correct orientation—they should point upward toward the center of the head. Refer to the photos to ensure you attach the Left and Right ears correctly.
To get the inner ears to fit perfectly inside the outter ears, use a 0.2mm nozzle for the outter ears. However 0.4mm looks acceptable.
Assembly Steps:
Feet & Ankles: Glue the red feet to the pink ankles, then attach the bolts to the feet. Do not connect the feet and ankles to the legs yet—wait until the upper body is built.
Body: Attach the back, mid, and front body segments using the pin connector.
Tail: Attach the tail to the body.
Legs & Shoulders: Insert the legs into the shoulders, pressing them firmly into place. Attach the shoulders to the body using the square pins.
Neck: Attach the neck ring and neck to the body using the pin connector.
Face & Helmet: Glue the face to the helmet.
Eyes & Nose: Assemble the left and right eyes, attach them to the face, then attach the nose.
Helmet Details: Attach the white helmet parts. The white ear parts have upward arrows to assist with proper orientation.
Ears: Glue the inner ear pieces into the ears, then attach the ears to the ear rings on the head.
Head to Neck: Once the head is complete, glue it to the neck.
Final Leg Assembly: Once the upper body is built, insert all four upper white legs into the pink ankles at the same time. Glue them securely.
Spring Platform: Attach the spring to the red platform first, then secure it to the body. Apply extra glue if the spring feels loose, and hold it upright until stable.

Whether he’s standing proudly on display or springing into action alongside your collection, this model brings a classic piece of gaming history to life.
