oh right i forgot you mentioned that i'd assume a VPN would also be out of the question. since its blocked in your country, does that mean you can't even send money from your Paypal to a bank? or how else do you use the funds from your a paypal? or did you never have one?

I'm drawing loli, so any non Japan site It's an automatic ban. Also, It's not only about loli. 99.9% sites have only two payout methods. 1. Paypal 2. Local bank. Both methods don't suit me. Paypal is blocked for me. Local bank will not be work without invoice. It's why I got a refuse from a payment system which I'm using.
