Ideal should be 50Cm to 1 meter. As long the speaker is directed to you, it can go several meters away. 30 cm is also okay, I just don't recommend too much close like glued on skin as not all audios may work this way.

hello, how far should I stay when I hear your audio from the speakers? if i listen to your audio by the hair, is it okay if the phone is close to my belly for effect? if I stai like 20 to 30 cm from a part of my body will this be okey?
