Zoe down a tier, the "scaling" buff is useless

Mid feels really balanced right now , especially in mage role, no champ is Z tier.

Before Ziggs you considered him a bad pick because of how he should be played is difficult to execute in SoloQ, is that not the case now? Or is he so strong that it doesnt matter as much anymore?

A tier is pretty bad yea, obviously some games kassadin can be good but thats just league of legends Left to right dont matter

New to your patreon, just a few questions about the lists: 1. A tier heroes being the worst tier in the assassin category. Does that mean those champions are "bad" or just the worst of their category? 2. Left to right sorted in power too?
