I think being trans or queer is not quite the issue here. The family forced Osora to live like a boy and to act like one and become strong and all. But of course their body won't ever be th body of a big strong man, no matter how hard they try. And the king regrets that Osora isn't a REAL big strong boy, cause it would have made life easier for everyone. But hey, destiny is a bitch and you never can influence on whether you get a boy or girl. It's no one's fault, but of course it's hard to hear that no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to accomplish what your father really needs
