SPOILER*******Of course, the villain gets the decapitation at the end and the hero gets the sword through the heart. No way it would be the other way around..that would be too much for a film hero. There is something utterly humiliating about the desecration of the face and head....for example, cumshots to the face in pornos. Also, the decapitation serves as a revenge for the same fate faced by Ethan Hawke.
