Wareware wa is most commonly used as “we” I believe- but I suppose it could be like the royal “we” for “I”- a while back, I looked up how to say “I” in Japanese, another that you might hear a lot is boku wa- which is only used by males, and you might catch characters saying their own name or nickname to say “I,” that is acceptable in Japanese though not in English lol

Wareware wa is one of the many many ways to say "I" in Japanese. It is a very formal way to say it; watashi wa is a more common way to say "I" that sounds similar so you might hear that more often.

They said in episode 2 that she doesn't need glasses for eyesight but needs them to prevent headaches. Still, losing her glasses would be a real "pain in the head" for her xD
