hahaha, first time Ive ever heard drugs enter into this. Illicit affair that she is using a drug as a metaphor for the affair with a married man she has gotten into. It is BORN from a single glance, but it DIES.....a million little times. Then, clandestine meetings eventually show their TRUTH, but they LIE.... a mililon little times. This is about a love affair that started in hotel rooms but now is cheapened to parking lots but she can't stop. I like this song because in the beginning of the song she is talking about the affair, he'll be flushed when he returns, ..... its all good. Then, she slowly realizes that this toxic, and this affair is hurting her. By the end of the song, she is angry. She is saying look what you have done to me! Don't call me baby, don't patronize me, you've made a fool out of me..... but she knows she can't stop. And, she'd continue to ruin herself for him, a million little times.
