Amanda & Friends - In Concert

This is a coming together of ideas. I always wanted to show Amanda with her lovely legs wrapped around a cello. It's pretty much my favourite instrument and for a long while I wanted to combine her with it. This black see-thru shirt for Amanda IV kept making me think she was dressed perfectly for a musical performance. Fortunately the necessary props to set this trio up were all on sale on Daz, so here we are. Plus of course I decided it was time to start mixing AJIV in with her co cast members. I have plans for adventures with both Ciara and Jennifer, plus a return for Rachel, who has been away...
The particular piece Amanda and co are playing starts with a mournful cello solo. I recently watched Kubrick's masterpiece Barry Lyndon all the way through and this piece features very heavily all the way through the second part, as things start to unravel for him. It helps create a lasting emotional impact.
Coming next - I might make a few more additions to the Torquestra or at least do some more angles of this one.

I love this picture. As a pianist myself, I am most impressed with Jennifer's posing and the score resting on the piano that appears to be notated for a trio. Also - I wouldn't be me if I didn't feel envious of the cello!

Quite a lovely instrument, but Amanda should be cautious, spare strings have been known to make excellent garottes if they fall into the wrong hands!

What a lovely scene. It goes very well with Amanda's outfit. I don't play the cello myself but one of my friends does and I really like it as an instrument. Amanda having chosen it to express herself is rather wonderful.
