If a higher up person goes in to do time and is holding it down w/o snitching, you definitely take care of them and their people. I doubt all of them know Jesse/Walt by name, but they would absolutely know that "heisenberg" is an older chemist and may be able to describe him by appearance. If Mike left town at the start of this season instead of Walt and Jesse begging him to join their operation Walt could very much already be in prison if just one person thought to roll.

In that episode one of them commented on how Walt is celebrating while having the gun in his car. This was right before he started disposing of the bomb evidence. I thought surely they saw what he looked like in the dinner, not to mention that he had a fake ID and said that he drove from New Hampshire.
