Idk I think it could work for post maybe more a of blend either character and world building or world and transitional. Fishman and punk hazard is world building. Dressrosa is a character building. Zou and Reverie Transitional/World building. Whole cake and wano are character. Egghead definitely world building.

I like arranging the arcs into 3 categories. You got Character/Crew Building arcs. And you got World Building Arcs, then Transitional Arcs. Little Garden was a transitional arc. This arc is a crew builder alabasta is a world builder.
