Because they have a life outside of reacting…and they’re not in your shoes… They are doing a lot of other shows, editing, commenting, interacting with other social media groups, making time for their personal lives, sleeping, meeting deadlines, going grocery shopping, spending time with their loved ones, school, doctors appointments…I don’t mean to sound rude but do you think this is the only thing they do and want to do? I want to watch the Geks react all day and everyday to the things I love but I have other stuff to do…if they could they would.

if i may speak for the geks here... when you record reactions for numerous shows like this, you have to pre-record and plan well. i assume because they went right into episode 9, that it's also because they want to have something ready for tuesday. it's less about watching and more-so the post: editing, scheduling for patreon and yt, etc. if they just posted whenever they watched they would have nothing as a backup

@Mr.P, Final is still in the announcement but it was as “Final movie: part 2”, so nothing was indicating it is the last instalment of the whole series so that’s good. The fact that they are adapting the bokuto content which takes place between next movie and the previous gives me hope that they’ll adapt the rest of the series with decent pacing. 🙏

when i watched that last bit of this episode for the first time, my heart frikin dropped to the pits of hell lmao, the direction is beyond immaculate, the way the tone switches so smoothly and you start feeling the same things mob is feeling but, not in an empathetic way, it's more like almost experiencing that sht with him, specially when dimple starts screaming and trying to protect him from seeing something so traumatic. the reaction was priceless😭 i'm so excited for the rest of the season, and i truly understand when there's no double drops! ya'll are packed rn💀 no rush :)!♡

The thing I love about Mobs parents is that they treat him as a normal kid even with psychic powers. Yes it’s a bit of a cultural thing for the mom to be more strict with the kid’s behavior, but she (nor dad) is never shown punishing Mob or shaming him. Just light nagging to not be burdensome to others. I think what really shows how they’re good parents is how good both mob and Ritsu are as kids. Mob especially, he’s extremely self reflective and empathetic for his age

For Jack - So the mom having issues with Mob's psychic ability is most likely a cultural thing. In Asian culture there's a saying "the nail that sticks out get hammered" Basically, we're taught at a young age not to cause other people issues, to be mindful and respectful of those around us and to not be a general menace to society. Obviously these are normal tenants people should go by, but in Asian culture it's like you will bring shame and dishonor to the family if you act out etc. The mom probably see Mob's psychic abilities as something that will make Mob stand out and cause him and the family problems. She just has a different perspective in regards to culture and values and she believes being different is bad thing socially etc. Whether that's right or wrong it is what it is.
