Meth is typically considered worse from what I've heard, mostly due to neurotoxicity and its visible effects to your body. I THINK cocaine is more likely to cause heart attacks. Weirdly enough, certain forms of meth are prescribed still for things like ADHD. I have a funny coworker who was prescribed it and ended up abusing it, and you can just tell that he was a meth addict based on his appearance.
