I can’t stand people trying to make Endeavor responsible for crimes that aren’t his or the societies slip back into chaos, he has a lot of responsibility to bear in his family things, but some things he’s getting blamed for has nothing to do with him. The misdirected anger of the civilians irritates me since they should really be upset with AFO, but in a way I guess focus on Endeavor makes good cover for Deku to not be pulled into the hate. It’s all just a mess rn

This problem would've always happened because All Might could never maintain this forever unless he went beyond human into a Nomu which would defeat the initial purpose and spirit of The Symbol of Peace. The way in which all hope was put on him is the reason we are here today. And yes All Might would've cleaned the city of villains but what would that solve in the very long run since the reason people like Shigaraki were ignored is because of the mentality that "somebody else will help, a hero". I am not blaming All Might for anything. he did the best he could and he absolutely revolutionised society and gave it hope but this issue was bound to happen the minute The Symbol of Peace appeared

Izuku's vigilante arc features not only his improved control and mastery over his quirk(s) but also an upgrade in the costume department (though a lot of its edginess and cool elements comes from how filthy and ragged his equipment is). I'll be honest, Izuku looks wayyyyy cooler in the manga, especially for this arc. I'll never forget that iconic one full page panel of him in all his vigilante glory. Also, one thing to note is that ever since the end of the Paranormal Liberation War arc, and since Izuku has woken up, his voice has lost that excited spark and high-pitched quality he used to have. Every time his confidence and his capability as a hero grew, his voice kept dropping in tone compared to when we first see him. And it's becoming much closer to how he sounds like when he's narrating his story from the future. This also applies to when he's saying his iconic moves. Take Ep 19's fight with Muscular for example, when he says "Detroit Smash", he says it calmly, with no trace of the desperate shouting he used to do even in life/death situations (like his first fight with Muscular in S3). His development as a person AND as a hero is evident, but the slow decline in the amount of emotion in his inner thoughts and voice always saddens me. My boy was told to keep his emotions in check, to "control your heart", by the fifth user of One For All (Banjo, the holder of Blackwhip) when he first appeared, and that's what he's doing. But it does make you wonder where that hero fanatic who always rambles excitedly about quirks and how they might be used has retreated to. The mission he must complete is so heavy on his shoulders that he doesn't even have time to be a proper teenager. Unlike everyone else his age, he doesn't even have time to sit and eat a leisurely meal or NOT worry about someone coming after his life. And All Might understands the burden he's carrying. That's why he worries about him. He finally gets what Nighteye was saying, because Nighteye was worried about him the same way he now worries about Izuku. But unlike back then, when he had a choice to walk away and retire but didn't, he realises that Izuku doesn't have that same choice. He can't walk away from this mess anymore. So he helps in ways that he can, like bringing Izuku food, because he isn't eating well (how could he when danger sense keeps going off at irregular intervals and he has to keep pushing himself to round up villains while acting as bait for All For One's lackeys?) This arc is just depressing overall, minus the epic moments from the fights of course. It really shows how Japan has been plunged into unimaginable disaster after the war.

To clear up some confusion ya'll had about time skips: there was no skip between deku waking up in the hospital and then going out on the streets to start fighting solo. There was however, a time skip between season 5 work study arc and the season 6 battle arc. At the end of season 5 a character says by the time the flowers are blooming we'll be second years. Then we see the cherry blossoms as class A is gathering to head out to battle as part of their work study duties. We also see a couple flashbacks during the battle that show deku training float and blackwhip during this time skip and you're supposed to infer that during this skip is when he trained OFA to 45% from it's previously 20%. And yes, the Ketsubetsu students are third years. Everyone in the provisional license exam were second years at the time besides class A and the wind guy, and they've also moved up grades since that time.

Yes, All Might in his prime probably could have cleaned everything up quickly, but it’s also because he took everything on himself that hero society got complacent and ended up the way it is now. Through no fault of his own, it’s just an unfortunate side effect. Civilians and heroes took him for granted, thinking that even if they failed All Might would be able to fix it in the end. Everyone, but Endeavor, was content to stay behind him.

Anyone can potentially use multiple quirks, its just when u get to 4 or more does it truly become hinder you. Having more than 1 though will adversely affect you with enough time. Also All for one and one for all came into being with the adaptations necessary to handle multiple quirks

I think the simplicity of Deku’s costume mirrors his character. In the very first episode, people call him “plain” and “awkward." His suit begins that way too, basic and and unfinished. But just like Deku himself, it grows through every step of his journey. His quirk gave him an escape from middle school where he was bullied and denied his dreams, and with UA, mentors, and friends, he was given a chance to show who he truly is and to build himself into a hero. His costume reflects that growth. What begins as awkward and unpolished slowly gains support, upgrades, and meaning, until it carries the weight of his entire journey. Now in his vigilante era, the costume is torn just like his current emotional and physical state. It’s no longer just gear, but a symbol of everything he’s endured. He literally carries Gran Torino’s words on his shoulders, wearing that cape as burden and resolve to “settle the score with the League of Villains.”

I understand all the All Might glazing, but I think it kinda makes you miss the point. All Might was an amazing hero, but it wasn’t sustainable. Even All Might himself was crumbling from ignoring several medical issues from pushing himself too far and kept going. While that is admirable and heroic, it just shows that no one can be All Might, not even All Might himself. What you’re saying is true. If All Might was still there, maybe not all the villains would’ve had the courage to go against hero society. But if All Might the symbol never existed, hero society wouldn’t have collapsed so suddenly when he ultimately couldn’t take it anymore — which would’ve happened even if he didn’t give up his quirk, due to his injuries and self-destruction. All Might is a great hero, a great person that lowered crime rates, but the show portrays him as part of the problem that caused all this. He contributed to Shigaraki being ignored by everyone when he was a small child covered in blood. It’s because of him that there was an over reliance on heroes in the first place. Everyone relied on him and now that he’s gone, they’re faced with the reality of heroes’ humanity. Like I said previously: the All Might in everyone’s eyes isn’t a real person. No one can be All Might. Not even All Might.

Will you guys watch the other two movies? The next should be My Hero Academia: World Heroes Mission. It takes place between the intern training in Endeavor's agency and before the current arc. The last one is My Hero Academia: You're Next. This one you could watch between S7 Episode 142 and S7 Episode 143. Both movies don't affect the main story, but the have some amazing fight scenes.

Well that license is provisional,so according to the law hes not at the same level as a fully licensed pro hero,so he is kinda acting like a vigilante,hes a kid who didnt even finished his studies and got properly registered as a pro hero,he dropped out of school and went straight in to the streets to beat people up based on his criteria,he has no public presence so people dont really know who he is,which leads to confusion and questions the validity of the laws stablished,yes hes working with other pro heroes,but since theres no functional system at the moment to supervise them its not done properly,he dosnt even presents himself as a hero either,which leads to people seeing him as another threat,and in a state of public distrust in heroes it only makes things worse since it affects the sentiment towards the hero system and motivates people to act more by themselves which leads to more collateral damage due to untrained people using their quirks. Nothing is ever black or white,but looking at the situation the entire country is in,you cant just say hes not doing anything illegal,becase he is,but not everything hes doing is illegal either,hes dangerously dancing through both sides of the spectrum. TLDR: Hes acting like a vigilante but is being backed up by proheroes.

5:00 Yes, they are 3rd years. They were 2nd years when they were introduced back in the provisional hero license exam arc. Deku finished his 1st year at U.A. at the end of season 5. After the Paranormal Liberation War arc (the first arc of this season) they entered into their 2nd year. (Maybe they entered their 2nd school year before the war arc, I'm not 100% sure).
