The only one we have no idea of, is the first hokage since there was nothing shown. There are many theories, but since this is not reality, they are just theories.

Nah, please dont skip any Character arcs. Kakashi, Itachi and later in Boruto, Sasuke's arc. They are light novels added to showcase more of their background. I loved them. I also wish you'd watch the movies. They are nice. I really loved the one where Naruto goes back in time and meets someone.

Attacking Shisui, being behind the Uchiha massacre, going against everything Hiruzen stood for, working with Orochimaru to name a few. There are some things he did for the village, but most was just for himself.

Idk if this would be considered spoilers since this is a filler arc. But Episodes 353–356 focus on Yamato and the Smoke Clan. There are some decent moments, but overall they’re mostly skippable. Definitely watch episodes 357–361, I recommend watching them in one batch so we can get back into the main story. Because after this Kakashi arc...😋😋

Kakashi keeps his Sharingan covered because he’s unable to turn it off. It drains his chakra while he’s seeing with it. It’s also a literal video camera to everything it sees. So while he’s having a nightmare about killing Rin the ‘copy’ of that memory that was made by his eye is replaying in his mind in perfect detail. That’s also why he can still see the blood on his hands when he wakes up. I feel soooo flippin bad for this kid.

Kakashi being scared of Orochimaru here makes him standing up to him for Sasuke's sake in OG much more meaningful. Also Cannon Obito got absolutely obliterated by Minato all things considered, Obito took his wife and child hostage, summoned the 9 tails on the village, caught him completely off guard with his OP Kamui, and still got no diff'd the third time they came into contact with each other. He even removed the 9 tails from his control.

if mckay was wondering about the feudal lords and how they have power, I think its basing it off how the shoguns used to control the emperor despite the emperor having lawful authority. In the show its played off as much more of a lord/master relationship (guessing they soften it to not diss the culture too much) but in reality the man with the military made the moves.
