42:45 He isn't a special grade but a special grade 1. Special Grade 1 was just a title created to satisfy the egos of the clan members of the 3 main clans (Gojo clan, Ze'nin clan, Kamo clan). Special Grade sorcerors are extremely limited and are the strongest, most clan members aren't special grade but they didn't want to be lumped into the Grade 1 status so they just decided to make up the Special Grade 1 title to feel more valuable as sorcerors. There's a good amount of Grade 1 sorcerors who are stronger than most Special Grade 1 sorcerors. For example, Aoi Todo is a Grade 1 and he would be able to defeat most of them except for a select few.

the game the curses r playing is mahjong!! when the tiles fell forward in a line it means the player (geto) won i didn’t recognize geto’s winning set so i asked my dad and he said it’s a SUPER unlikely hand that he’s never seen in irl games basically, geto sealing gojo is like the equivalent of a royal flush in poker (but even more rare).

The fact that gojo made curses stronger and geto consumes those curses. It's a pretty good interpretation.
