Huh just relooked at this and that is the old stat block for the Shadow Blight spicky stick. He remade it after it was broken and its completly different now. This was done in Chapter 142.

Michael Clark

Shadowblight is based on the illustration that inspired the entire story. You can still see it on some of the volumes on RR.

I recall getting the rotting eel tooth i think. Wasnt that was his sea encounter with the eels. Didn't he knock the tooth out in the fight? In which case why would their be a tail tip present in the eels mouth attached to its rotting tooth? Can anyone clarify this bit please Also Shadow Blight (Legendary Ratkin Spikeystick) - in the book you describe this as having twin "blades". And attacks causing 2 wounds. Could you clarify. Does this have. 2x blades for cutting or just a spike for puncture wounds. I just can't picture what this is supposed to look like

Holy statistics ratman!

The El Bandito

I could see professor Tallsqueak being a well loved visiting guest lecturer on occasion at the Gadobrah Institute of Mad Science, Experimental Technology, and Dangerous Magic. His lectures would all probably be highly attended each time, but I would bet the amount of collateral damage that occurs in the weeks after his arrival would be quite high. It would be a fine place to pick up some new spells for his new aspects. Perhaps bringing along an additional guest lecturer or two each time. I’m sure the crazies at the college would love folks like Narwal, Boomboom, Arlothe, or Harry.

To be honest, I made it hard on myself in many ways. Complex system, lots of stuff to keep track of, adding milestone bonuses, etc. Frankly, when I started I had no idea it would go this long. Milo was supposed to by just for a writathon! You don't have to have a complex RPG, it's mostly about the story. Give it a whirl.

I feel you it can be like that sometimes. I feel the same right now like is anyone going to read this or even care. However I realize who cares if anyone reads it at least I put my two cent on the counter. Now it's in there court. I also realize that for the author what might seem like a brilliant move in our minds to make might ruin something that they want to happen in the future so who know you know! :)

Tftc!

"Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first bion-*STATIC* Gentlemen, I can rebuild me. I have the rune technology. I have the capability to make the world's first bionic rat. Tallsqueak will be that rat. Better than I was before. Better . . . stronger . . . faster." -Milo, probably. God help us all if he ever visits the National Institute of Mental Health. Thanks for the chapter.

Also totally different side thought and far too lazy because it’s 11:30 pm for me. I sometimes wonder if I should ever comment on these stories. It feels like I get ignored. I’m not angry. There are reasons for the author. Like: Lots of comments to read. I wrote something stupid. Etr… Feelings and Logic don’t always make sense or work together. Sometimes they go incompletely opposite directions. Others times I read chapters and realize that the characters did or thought along the same lines as myself and I go either… 1) The author was thinking along the same lines as I was. 2) Other Commenters said something similar to what I said. Or 3) The Author actually read my comment and used my thoughts for their story. This is when I struggle with either feeling warm and fuzzy inside because I helped the author in some small or realistic that the author is busy and may not be able to read every comment. How about you, my fellow commenters. Do you get those feelings that fight with your logic too sometimes?

LadyLark

Sometimes I wonder if I should get started on a RPG story like yours. Then I’m reminded by stories like this one. Why I don’t do so. The sheer amount of mental gymnastics to do sheets for every or almost all the characters we’ve. Would cause my brain to melt.

Ender419

Wow that’s a lot stats!! Good thing Milo has the computing power to analyze and determine the next best steps for his trajectory.

Engineer4God

Tank oo fur da chap!

Michael Clark

I got that far in the chapter, and fell over, tired. :)

Michael Clark

The aspects are in the basic skills any player can pick up. But they do nothing other than give you a cantrip without training, being given a spellbook, etc. Yes, need to put the +1 Radiance in.

Mr

NOooooo my inner loot goblin just screamed out loud at that ending

Findell

Huh I didnt think you were going to push him down the Radiance route. You should probbaly add that stat to his stat block. How did he get all those aspects unlocked without any of the skills?
