Yes! I try to look up songs on Youtube where the lyrics are translated into sign languages. I didn't know that the IPSL sign for meri jaan meant something so deeply heartfelt in ASL and it's so wonderful to learn that from you! 💖 I would love to take ASL courses in the future!

Aww, Udaya and the chrysanthemums… this is so sad, but it seems they had a long, happy life together. I wonder if there is a deeper meaning to “you hold a piece of me,” in that perhaps that may be what saves him… somehow. (I hope?) Would it be possible to get a bonus/intimate sketch at some point of these two being adorable together in their prime? Asking for a friend… lol.

Oh man this is HURTING. IMO it takes special storytelling skills to be able to show sulvain mourning his past relationship and have us still invested in his current one, and for us to respect that past relationship! I absolutely adore this 😭💕

I remember earlier you said you draw Sulvain’s signs using a combination of several global sign languages (I want to say American, French, and one other, maybe?). Intentional or not, it’s a nice touch that, of the several ways to sign “love” in ASL, you used the one for the deepest feelings of affection.
