Have we been introduced to any other necromancers besides Scissors McGee and Sulvain? I assume Hargrave isn't one or else he wouldn't need Sulvain. Gasp....is Luc still alive?! Or does Hargrave have another necromancer in the wings (hence his calm demeanor)?! Perhaps he will try to dispose of Sulvain and get another necromancer to try to retrieve the stalk (is that possible without the blood?)
