Oh Raziol, this is all so new for you. I can't imagine how frightening this must be. Of all the things in your life that were our of your control, you always had your brilliant mind....now it must battle your body craving blood, as you slowly lose consciousness. And all Sulvain can do is lay there and hope Raz can maintain control.... 😭💔

The way I interpreted this, Hargrave’s spell isn’t in affect anymore. I think Raziol’s body (more specifically his fingers, on the last page) physically react to the touch of blood after Raziol wiped Sulvain’s mouth. The orangish text COULD imply Hargrave’s spell still affecting him, but I think it’s just Raziol remembering what Hargrave said. Also I can’t believe Raziol hasn’t seen Sulvain’s necromancy in action yet!!

Poor Raziol, having to bite himself to keep from biting Sulvain. 😭 Is this part of Hargrave’s spell or his natural vampirism taking over, or both? I also wonder how long he can go without having to drink blood. Like, does one drink last a day or so before he starts going crazy again? It would be hard for Sulvain (both due to his current condition and emotionally as well) if he has to fight Raziol off using his necromancer powers like he did when he had the corpses restrain the space kitty creature. It would also reveal to Raz another one of his abilities he doesn’t know about yet. However, there is plenty of blood everywhere he could lick up, and plus, Sulvain keeps coughing up a lot of blood. He could also just kiss him. 😜

I’m thinking - was Sulvain purposefully expecting for this to happen? When Sulvain was bitten by the creature earlier on, a slight change in the creature’s behavior seemed to have occurred in the aftermath. I wonder if the “help” that Sulvain mentioned in the beginning was this moment in time- if Raziol has a taste of the golden ichor -will his behavior change as well to Sulvain’s (and Raz’s) advantage? P.S. Still, Raz, let’s let’s try not to make too much damage, yeah?🥺🙏🫣🤧💛❤️‍🩹🤍

Yes there is a lot of gold blood on the floor, but . . . Merlin, *thee* Merlin, just compelled him to get that gold blood directly from Sulvain, so getting it from the floor won’t fix the fact that he still has a compulsion on him to attack Sulvain. Just the fact that he’s resisted the compulsion this long from a literal myth despite his own hunger is amazing. Hold on a little longer, Raziol!

Raz, my sweet cinnamon roll, there's like a whole massive puddle and soaked clothes you can chow down on before you have to try and eat your boyfriend in the not fun way. Just faceplate into the golden pool before you do something drastic.
