I agree, I totally think Hargrave is coming back for Raziol. He might assume though that Raz is still well within “bleed to death in his own skin” time frame, but between monster mashing and the theory that Raz actually has custody of the wheat stalk Hargrave wants, it feels like we’re gonna see him again soon.

Poor Sulvain, his hand on the last panel seems so delicate yet it gives the feeling that he gives up trying to pull him away. But that's what I truly love in KaiJu's art, drawing hands this perfectly gives off as much emotion as face expressions !

Ah, so Hargrave’s spell IS continuing to affect him. I hate that I know Hargrave is going to come after Raziol as well now that he knows he is the only survivor of the beast’s bite. He’s probably trying to break his spirit too (killing and consuming his lover would definitely break him), like he did with Sulvain. I always say this, but I swear the way you do expressions is spot on. Poor Sulvain just hasn’t caught a break since the ball… yesterday night, right? It’s only been a day but sheesh! You can just feel how scared, confused, and yet concerned he is for Raziol all at once. I'm also curious to see what kind of effect his magical blood has on Raziol.

OMG how many times have a said, "How much more can Sulvain take?!" And yet there is always more.... If this is penance for whatever he did to that village so long ago, I think he has paid his dues now! 😭 He looks so scared and shocked. Just a moment ago, Raziol was his safe space as he melted into his arms, but now, he is trying to hurt him more. I know Sulvain must logically know it's the beast's virus and Hargrave's spell that did this.....but my gods, why take away Sulvain's only peace and comfort as he is (apparently) bleeding out and "dying"?! 🫣💀😭💔
