I feel bad for space kitty. The scene in the last update of the hand bursting through the pile of bones was so good. I wonder where she’ll go now? Also! Kinda gross, but I do wonder…since Sulvain is between the lands of the living and the dead, and his body is uninhabited…what keeps his body from rotting? I’m just gonna assume his golden blood has some sort of preservative property. I wonder what Lady Death will say when she sees him again? This story is beyond beautiful. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

really interesting observation about the initial! though i have some thoughts as to why it would be an “r”. ever since inhabitant, we’ve seen that raziol faces a lot of discrimination and scrutiny because of his foreign origin, something that even led him to “localize” his name from rasim to raziol to ease the comments a little. choosing that initial instead of his last name’s one might be another way of protecting his peace + the “r” can have both interpretations of rasim/raziol, which would embrace his two homes + maybe the “q” is used by shahid already? he is a well known translator, so to avoid any confusion or stuff like that, raz still uses his name for official stuff. 🤔

Wow, like everyone else has said, there is a lot going on here. First, space kitty escaping (I’m still hoping she is some kind of enlightened scientist or something who happened to be visiting/studying Earth when she got captured. I kind of expect her to put on some glasses, take out a futuristic digital notepad, and start taking notes about things and try to help/study Raziol, haha). Eve is back to normal size now and definitely going to seek revenge. I wonder if Elouan was helping her since he stayed back with them. I also do hope the letter is from Raziol, though didn’t historically those seals have the person’s last name? Thus it would have been “Q” for Raziol Qamar. I may be wrong though. Still wondering if Huygens told Raziol’s dad what happened, and if Raziol sent his dad a note too.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. I know you said Adeline was a tragedy but I couldn’t help holding out a little hope until this page—you can feel the grief and resolve settling around Ève’s shoulders. And to say nothing of Huygens!! I’m hoping—and so glad if I’m right—that being able to say goodbye will give Raz some peace (and I hope he managed to contact Shahid as well).

Hyugens tearing up has got me in my feelings now. He really does looked relieved. Plus I feel really sorry for stone kitty. I've felt sorry for them for a while now. I imagine that they were forced to hurt people when they probably just wanted to be free. I hope they can become an ally! And Evé is interesting to see. I smell a redemption arc for her coming in the near future. I genuinely feel sorry for all of them. So many feelings in one page. 😫

At least it seems Raz is taking Sulvain’s advice to leave Paris. And clarity for murder kitty is… a good thing? We hope? We know revenge against Hargrave/Discount Merlin is definitely a good thing, though it doesn’t necessarily put her on our side…
