Honestly I’m still lowkey stressed by the discourse around magic this group has… like I know now is NOT the time to be worrying about it, but it seemed like they believed it was true, but in a spooky-story, “oh yeah I’m a witch too, I read a spell tutorial in a magazine” kind of way. The flat itself is legally the renter's property for as long as the lease remains in effect, but maybe that doesn't apply to the main entrance in vampire magic terms. Alternatively he's doing it because he's hot and everyone knows the hot boy never uses the conventional entrance.
