Wow, I missed a lot of action in the last few days! That’s an interesting knife that Hargrave has, and I guess he has to get Sulvain to display his powers (get all glowy-eyed) in order for it to work? Is that why he was trying to get a rise out of him so it could absorb his power temporarily or something? Otherwise, why bother doing all that monologuing except to let him know what he knows? I’m glad it didn’t kill him, but I’m nervous that he said he still has use for him. It’s also kind of cool how the blade turns golden, like it’s absorbing it from him. We all seem to be curious how Hargrave could know all that. They both seem to have equally mysterious back stories that I’m looking forward to learning about. I’m also curious about what Eve and the other masked guy have to do with things and where everyone else is (Raz, Vivirette, Cyrille, etc.) Plus, the way you portray emotion on their faces and via body language is perfect, as always!
