?????? ?. ???????
OH I ALSO MEANT TO SAY REIGN WAS OF AGE WHEN THEY DATED IDK IF SHE WAS WHEN SHE WAS WYATT BUT TYLERS LIKE 10 YEARS OLDER THAN HER
?????? ?. ???????
So pretty much that's why he's kinda a homewrecker in this situation

Yes, I Thought You Wanted to Dance is reggae, specifically "lovers rock" which is a smoother style of reggae that often focuses on romance in the lyrics (think "Is This Love" by Bob Marley). There's some dub reggae elements in there too. I remember hearing this song for the first time and being amazed at how well Tyler pulled it off.

1:49:09 she predicts a **certain** song right here. I’m sure you guys know what I’m talking about 😏😏😏😏
algorerhythm
much love for the marginal tax rate explainer in the middle of this 😆
algorerhythm
32:40 I don't know if your browser displays it differently or if you just didn't catch it but when there's multiple vocalists in one verse, genius usually puts the main one in regular font and the additional ones in italics or bold to differentiate them
algorerhythm
she's gonna do the Estate Sale in full in another video
Mr. A
Can’t wait for the visuals & interviews. !!!! This is my favorite Tyler album
Nathan
Vambie, just wait until Tyler buys that Ferrari F40… you will constantly be reminded he owns one😂
Tyler Horn
You HAVE to listen to the songs on the deluxe version. Or if nothing else just listen to Sorry Not Sorry. The music video is required for that one. It's my favorite Tyler song and it goes through all of his past eras and puts all of his past into perspective so well
WhosMans?
that feature being my introduction to teezo was funny af the first time i heard it lol
WhosMans?
I didn't realize it until you got to Run It Up, but I think an "Intro to Teezo Touchdown" video or a reaction to his album, "How Do You Sleep at Night?" could be a lot of fun in the future, especially because i think you'd vibe with a lot of his subject matter.

Tyler is really HIM😮💨 I started listening to him in 8th grade, 2014. I have to be honest, I didn’t like his projects but he had a few songs that kept me listening to him, songs I could relate to. Once he dropped Flower Boy, everything after that was a back to back classic. Just wait for Chromakopia, everything is going to come full circle, on some Kendrick Heart Part 6 type vibe.

First time I’m seeing S/ITYWTD called underrated
Jay D
I’m happy to see my underrated fav “Sweet / I thought you wanted to dance” getting some love
Jeremy Olayo
😭😭😭 if it’s the one I’m thinking about, she’s not ready for that beautiful display of in depth lyricism😂
MRDUCKWORTH
when are we starting the jid journey? after tyler ?
Noah
I'd like you to check out the lyric sheets which Tyler made for this album because they look amazing. I think they're the prettiest out of all lyric sheets he has ever released, even though I'm not sure if he completely made them himself. And I'm also not sure if they're easily available on the internet because they come in the vinyl and its booklet.

vambie knowing ay bay bay threw me off so hard it made me re-examine my personal biases

1:05:23 this is one of my favorite albums of all time I’ve listened to it front to back at least 15 times and I too thought that was a sound effect that I’ve never noticed until now
Daquanboi
That was not keys, that was a belt😭we not trying to get whoopins
Andre Jackson
We need that tyler funk flex freestyle
nur
you have to watch his hot 97 interview for this album. its such a good interview and he provides so much insight not only on this album but like himself and career in general
Daquanboi
If you went to his CMIYGL tour, you should know how fire it was to have a boat and basically crowd surf to the second stage during “Wusyaname”
Brendan Gilligan
btw if I remember correctly Tyler played WUSYANAME at the Ken and Friends pop out
Calebc
the one rapping on the second verse on WUSYANAME was Youngboy
Feignorance
Dra-Dr-Dra-Dr- Dramatic!

Cooked with this, this is like his GNX.
Reginald Torian
It’s fucking flex rap time boisssssssss
Sean888
If the lyric “hated the popular ones, now I’m the popular one” from Rusty was an album
Sean888
This is his opus in my opinion. What some view as a straightforward rap album, i see as a fully self realized confident artist finally operating without restraint. Cmiygl is Tyler at his most comfortable, most technically sharp and most emotionally honest all at once. It’s the sound of someone who no longer feel the need to prove he’s talented, experimental, or deep. He just is.

Thank you 🙏🏼
