End of Book 1 Neophyte World Builder and Next Week
🕑 Added 2025-12-11 19:23:35 +0000 UTCEarlier today, the final chapter of Book 1 dropped. Of course, this means that chapters will stop for a week while I get some editing done and prepare for Christmas. Chapter 81 will drop for Paid members on the 19th, the same day Chapter 71 posts for everyone else.
This does not mean I’m not posting anything during the next week.
I may make some ‘Extra’ posts for Neophyte as I put things together. I don’t have anything in particular planned, but I’ll toss something up if I think of something.
What I do have planned is to post the first chapter of two other serials I’ve been contemplating. They’ll both be a fair bit different from Neophyte, so I can’t promise readers here for my God-protagonist will like them, but it’ll at least give you something to consider. Only one of these will be making it to an actual serial any time soon, because I want to focus on getting at least three books out for Neophyte as highest priority. I can’t do three serials at once!
In the meantime, have a little poll. Someone asked where my Patrons came from, and I’m not sure! I’m pretty sure most are from Royal Road, but maybe I’m totally wrong.

Eh, RR is bigger than SH, but the story is also way more popular there than SH because I have no idea how to market on ScribbleHub. I’ve been growing there, so I’m happy, just unsure how to effectively advertise.

And mildly dispiriting to see an effective monopoly in action - even if RR probably isn't massively profitable.

Admittedly I don’t mention it as often on SH. Also my readership there is uh... 1/20th the size of RR’s.
