Issue 11 Positivity Rachel in this issue brings up having a Fresh Perspective for 2021. For me, the past weeks I have notice a change of viewing the world with Positivity. I have often been a pessimist because I guess I wouldn’t be disappointed if things didn’t work out or maybe I was fearful of failure and wouldn’t want to try. I also wasn’t given much encouragement or self-esteem as a child. Growing up, other kids or adults took joy in tearing you down so they could feel lifted up. I was guilty of this too. It was the culture one gets caught up in. With my new mindset I have started to incorporate feelings of more positivity. I know there are gurus who preach the power of attraction, that if you have positive thoughts then you attract other positive things in your life and you will succeed. The energies in the universe will help make it happen and other people will view you differently and will want to be with you and help you. I have tried that in the past and it has worked to focus the mind and get accomplished what you wanted. But, this time it has been different. Now it is like I have a new pair of super-power eyes where I can see the anger and negativity in people around me. This shift of viewing outward instead inward has been liberating. Their negativity does not get internalized into me, it kind of bounces off. Instead of just dealing with my patient’s problems, I have also incorporated more pleasant conversations and connections with things going on for them. I have told them how pleased I am with the results of their surgery. The ones who aren’t doing as well, I give encouragement and preach patience and I will be for them along the way. This mindset has also given positive reinforcement to me as well. It has been more satisfactory to be open to these interactions while also giving me more self-esteem and reward of the job I am doing. Hopefully, other people will see the shift in me. My daily demeanor will brighten, I will stand straighter, and I will be an example for my children and others. In the end I believe, happiness is not be chance, but by choice.

Do you have any plans to work with Carmella Rose on an issue of Nirvana? Rachel & Carmella duo shots would be absolutely unreal.

Going thru the photos for the 10th time the pic of Rachel against the wall the elderly man looks like his head I'd going to explode, can't say that I blame him either. A few pics later there wasn't a boat to be found once Rachel started posing it looked like a parking lot just goes to show how STUNNING she is.

I wonder why Rachel has not been the star in a major motion picture yet? Just those quick cut 15 second videos she posted on her instagram are unparalled.

I have noticed that too. Possibly they add noise or grain to the image to give it a printed magazine feel, or they just choose a pixel size limit to keep file size down. I don’t think it is a problem with the photographer.
