Find your Muse Issue 14 There are multiple levels of art in this issue. The photography, the model, the styling and make-up, the architecture and landscaping all show up. Alvin then doubles down with the video and music selection. I find it excellent! As I was driving to work, I felt that the compilation of my thoughts and writings over the past two weeks were a result of Rachel being my muse. When I say “muse”, not in the artistic way but in the way it has inspired me to self-evaluate and change. I have heard these life questions and philosophies in the past, but I wasn’t ready to hear or take them into my consciousness. Rachel’s youthful energy/vibe plus her feminine power helped knock down my stubborn male wall of resistance to change. Now, if anyone else is reading this you may be thinking that I have puppy love or I am some sycophant trying to get her attention. Well, there is no denying that she is beautiful, I have had relationships in the past that would point out my issues, but I wasn’t ready. Rachel’s words came at a time and in such a way that they affected me. I have changed my outlook and am trying to change my mindset. It’s not easy. I am making peace with my past so I can be present now and just BE! So, what I am saying is that we should be open to receive signals, people, or messages that may bring enhanced meaning, change, or inspiration into our lives. I find that if you are not learning something, try to improve, or changing something in your life, you are stagnant. So go out and find your Muse!
