I use grammerly but it really doesn't get that much, it gets proper ellipses and some spelling but it misses things like word choice. i find it have to read things out loud a few times and space it out so i don't get fatigued of the same story and miss things even after consecutive run through. As far as a proofreader for what i['m posting its probably not something i'm too worried about hiring, though if I get bigger/start writing things that might be published to a broader audience (I'm considering it) then I would definitely want one

I could do it. I do it anyway for my personal collection. I have a standardized layout which includes double spaces between sentences, a space between tabbed paragraphs, proper elipses (...), and a special spacer for scene/time skips. Basically, I use Word and check grammar with spelling as I fix those pesky single spaced sentences.

Thanks! I try going though a few more times, even long after I post a story to pick at spelling/grammer errors. Maybe someday I'll be able to hire a second set of eyes!
