Hello, thank you for joining us. You cannot get February rewards. Only February Supporters can get February rewards. This month is March now, the rewards are already expired. You join at March, therefore you are March Supporter. You will get March rewards, but will not get February rewards, January rewards, or any of past month rewards. You can only get March rewards, and the rewards will be sent you on April 5, not now or anytime before April 5. All rewards are sent on the 5th day of the upcoming month when you joined. You can get February rewards as a different sale product (not rewards from supporting on Patreon). You can get it at our Gumroad store below, gumroad.com/cloudlou By the time this comment was written, February rewards are not available yet for sale. It is usually on sale 2 months from the original Patreon time. Therefore for February rewards, it will be on sale at around April. The price will be not the same as supporting cost.

How can I get theFebruary reward

Hello Friend, you can only get rewards for the month you are supporting. If you are supporting on March, you will only get March rewards. If you want January rewards, you need to be January Supporter. But since January is in the past, you can no longer get past rewards.

I had a problem with the payment before. Can I still get the reward after the payment today

Hello Friend, thank you for joining us! Correct, you have to stay until Patreon successfully collected your payment, which usually starting from the 1st day of upcoming month (March 1 in thus case). After your payments status turned into successful then you will be eligible for the rewards. We will send rewards at the 5th day as it's usually when almost all payments got processed. You will receive the rewards on your inbox. Make sure to check if your payment status has been successful. Even in case you have problems, we will definitely be waiting until your problems get solved. So don't worry about missing your rewards because you got some trouble. Lastly, I hope you do still stay for next month too Friend! We have our latest Genshin girl, Hu Tao, as the first art of March! And of course more to come too!

As long as I stay till March I am still eligible for the rewards right? I saw from the earlier comments on this post, but I just want to make sure.

Hello Friend, thanks for joining us! Yes you are still eligible for the rewards. But please note that rewards delivery will be at March 5. You have to stay and get your pledge successfully processed by Patreon on March 1. If you leave before your pledge get processed, you will not receive any rewards. If your payments get into problem you can still try to solve the problem, usually Patreon will be checking the problem until March 5. However it is possible that your payments problem get solved at some later date. In any kind of this case we will be delivering your rewards after your problem got solved and your payment status turned into successfully processed. For example if your problem got solved at March 20, then we will deliver you the rewards around that date. Enjoy your stay and please be looking forward to your rewards!
