Yes, you do. In the post there is a list of quests you need to finish in order to start the new quest.

After i load into 0.6 am i suppose to get the quest or do i have to do the throb quest over again?

Hey, what do you mean with all those quests completed? The quest for the new content should appear by itself when you finish all the previous main quest content (this means the preparation quest and the throb quest). If this doesn‘t work, you could try loading the 0.6 save from the skip menu in the loading menu. -Bear
