I (bear) do shader coding after I've worked the day on TC and alexey our environment artist currently has no tasks in tc. So he's doing the prototyping on the 3d environment. Then there's a new 3d character artist, who's doing part time work to iterate on how characters will look in the game. Lastly Juggerdown, one of our cg artists is ahead of me in doing the art for the animations I make, so he's learning how to do 3d characters while I catch up animating his TC art.
