During the holidays I felt incredibly lonely and sad and I knew it was time for a reset. My mind was seriously polluted with opinions from other people which made me question everything I did. With the help of self care books and exercise I found happiness again and I’m finally at a point that I’m excited to get out of bed. I can’t wait to start this year the way I want doing what I love and not caring so much what other people think about me. I have so much to share with you❤️This is my new year resolution❣️ what is yours ?
(If you are looking for a good book my favourite one I read was the power of now and I recommend it. It’s really easy to forget how to treat our mind with respect when there are so many responsibilities to look after but this will seriously help the way you think💞)

The way you expressing yourself, and admitting that you felt lonely , is so admirable. My New Year’s resolution is my mental health to remain my priority. Also , I’m quitting my job this month. I need new goals , new adventures and also new ways to keep my self motivated and productive.
