I have the same issue, the quest is active but I can't open the door at any time of the day. Went in and talked to her pretty early on and wanted to go back since perversion is high enough now

Possible bugs/problems: - Tailor scene is mislabeled as badgeless guard in the animations gallery - Some scene thumbnails in the animations gallery become grayed out when exiting and re-entering the gallery - The first badgeless guard scene is immediately followed by a regular guard scene in prison (not sure if this was intentional) - When exiting the motel after curfew, patrol day 4? (the anal scene) always triggers regardless of progress through the patrol storyline. This occurs when loading a previous save and sleeping until curfew I love the work you all do! The new scenes are fantastic, I seriously respect all the effort you put toward including so many different scenarios and fetishes. This studio seems to really know its audience — QoL features like a native cheat system, easy access to erotic side missions, movement speed settings, and more have solved almost every pain point I can think of.
