You don’t need to apologise! It’s your little space of the internet, and you can put up anything. Plus, your raw intensity and part of who you are, and definitely helps me feel like I’m not alone in my brain struggles. (Your comments in a previous tea time about how meds have helped you really helped me be ok with starting them.) That said, I hope you feel better soon and we can have fun together.

I love that I can be so transparent with you all, but I think I may have pulled back the curtain a touch too far in that livestream. I love you very very much, and I want to keep up the honesty but I maybe want to tone down the sense of despair in things, haha! Keep a bit more forward minded. Thank you for being so so lovely xx

Did you pull the live stream down my love? Id be happy to join you for another tomorrow but I also dont think you have anything to apologize for. Your honesty is something I think we all adore. We cant all feel positive all the time and it helps those of us whose brains who cannot feel not alone. Though, I totally understand if it was too private or personal and theres a sense of not wanting that out there, so no pressure. Just wanted to say as someone whose struggling I appreciate that youre so honest and it helps build an empathetic and patient group here who understands where youre coming from. I hope you can find a sense of peace and balance soon and I appreciate how hard you work. Keep being kind to yourself and giving yourself space. We will all be here for you. 💖
