it's a new video!!! this one's about MAKIN STUFF
🕑 Added 2021-01-21 17:47:12 +0000 UTCHello friends!! WOW two videos in one week?! hell yes!! with the way that my content schedule turned out this month, I made these videos all rather close to one another, and have been deciding how to spread them out~
Also, I know I mentioned in my last two videos about that fun big studio vlog I was gonna make, but unfortunately, I still haven't found that elusive memory card, so I'm gonna have to film new stuff to cobble together into a fun decorating vlog. I don't wanna go thrifting IRL rn, so I'm trying to see what I can find on FB marketplace and things!! Of course, I can always order more from IKEA, but I wanna do my best to give forsaken furniture a second chance >:)
I hope you like this video!!! It's got captions on and everything already, I hope you enjoy it <3

Same, this makes me want to crochet again! <3

I love watching your crochet video chats! I was knitting while I watched but I do have a hexagon granny square blanket (hexilove actually by greenletterday on IG) and I think I'll bring it out again!

This inspired me to find the huge bag of old crochet supplies I bought on a whim years ago & got too intimidated to try 😂😂

Thanks for talking about not always needing to sell what you make! I just recently became a freelance illustrator and my husband has been SO supportive! But it irks me so much whenever i’m drawing/making something and he says, “oh is that to make a sticker?” Or “is that for your Etsy?” And I know he doesn’t mean it in that way, but I’m just like no!! It’s just for fun sometimes!!

My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was 10 and she literally taught me the same way you taught yourself. She would have me just chain single crochets for like 20 minutes and then she would come over and look at them and tear the whole. thing. out. And have me start again. But like you said that's really how you have to start to get going and now I've been doing it for like 10+ years and I just made my first SHIRT and CARDIGAN and it's AMAZING! Love your chatty craft videos and looking forward to more crochet updates!

If Cheyenne is okay with it I'd be happy to direct you to my website! xo!

I hope you find that elusive memory card! I'm on my needlework-learning spree, and currently making my first embroidery project. I have tried to crochet, but I ended up confusing myself so I took a break from that and jumped on embroidery. Anyway, love this vlog! 😊

Holding yarn to tight is like textbook beginner crocheter and knitter. It definitely gets easier over time when you find your groove. Also, this vlog makes me want to go get my knitting project right now!

Oh, yes!! I will deffo add it to the description, I forgot to add the tutorials I followed.

I'm a knitter and would love to check out your sticker sheets!! If you want to share ofc, no biggie if not <3

I love this video! I'm amused in the best way because I myself am a knitter and sometimes-crocheter who makes knitting & fiber-themed sticker sheets! Most of the other Patreon subscriptions I have are for knitters and I love that in my feed you're basically doing a cross-over hehe!! <3

This makes me soooo happy!! I got into crocheting and knitting over quarantine and my first semester of college when I was lonely. It's so nice to have a creative outlet that's almost mindless, where you can make things for yourself! I hope you continue to enjoy it!! <3

There are so many lessons in this video that I needed to hear! Thank you ❤️❤️

I’ve been crocheting for about a year and a half now and I’m so glad you enjoy it! I find it so relaxing and it takes my mind off things. Hope you’re well :)

I'm also a beginner at crochet and you posted this just as I was pulling out my yarn to practice! Perfect timing :)
